Tipper Driver Arrested for Pedestrian Accident in Wathoda, Nagpur

Nagpur: Wathoda Police apprehended a 10-wheeler tipper truck driver for hitting a 68-year-old pedestrian on January 10. The incident occurred near Telephone Nagar Chowk, where the victim, Manda Abhimanyu Patre, was severely injured.
The truck driver, Nitesh Bhalchandra Shende, 34, was booked for reckless driving under Sections 281 and 125(b) of the BNS. The victim is undergoing treatment at Yash Hospital, Dighori.
Wathoda Police are conducting further investigations.
