Nagpur: A sense of shock spread through Friends Colony on Thursday after a decomposed body was discovered hanging from a tree. Local residents reportedly spotted the body and immediately alerted the police.

Responding swiftly to the call, the police arrived at the scene and retrieved the body. The deceased has been sent for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.

The identification of the deceased is still in progress. Police are currently reviewing missing persons reports from nearby stations in an effort to identify the individual.
