Nagpur: In a commendable initiative under the Maharashtra Police Raising Day celebrations, Zone 3 of Nagpur Police organized a “Seized Property Distribution Program” on January 7, 2025, at Club House, Lakadganj Police Station.

During the event, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone 3, Mahak Swami, facilitated the return of confiscated items, including 18 two-wheelers, 4 three- and four-wheelers, 77 mobile phones, cash, and gold and silver jewelry. The total value of the returned property was ₹1.1 crore.

The program, presided over by Additional Commissioner of Police, Pramod Shevale, witnessed a significant turnout of citizens. The initiative aimed to strengthen public trust and highlighted the police’s commitment to resolving cases efficiently.
