Nagpur: The Nagpur City Police, led by Dr. Ravinder Kumar Singal, is executing a series of initiatives to raise awareness about drug prevention, road safety, women's safety, and cyber safety, in addition to promoting pollution reduction in the Second Capital of the State.

As part of these efforts, the Nagpur Police organized a cyclothon on October 6.

The cyclothon covered several key locations, starting from Police Gymkhana and passing through Walker Road, Ramgiri T-Point, Telkhedi Hanuman Mandir, Futala Y-Point, and other significant points in Nagpur, before concluding back at the Police Gymkhana T-Point.

Commissioner of Police (CP) Ravinder Singal emphasized the importance of avoiding drug use, strictly following traffic rules, and raising awareness about the rising threat of cybercrime. He also highlighted the environmental benefits of cycling, which helps reduce pollution and improve health. Additionally, the commissioner underscored the need to ensure women's safety in the city.
