Nagpur: A housebreaking case was reported in Hudkeshwar on December 24, 2024, when Suresh Shankar Sarode (63) and his family attended his son Anand Sarode’s wedding at Naivedyam Hall in Kalamna. 

Unknown burglars broke the lock of their home at Plot No. 65, Mahatma Gandhi Nagar-2, and stole gold ornaments worth approximately ₹1.03 lakh.

A complaint was registered at Hudkeshwar Police Station under sections 305(a), 331(3), and 331(4) of the BNS. Further efforts are underway to trace the accused and recover the stolen items.
