Nagpur: A 58-year-old woman succumbed to serious head injuries sustained after falling from a two-wheeler near Kumar Bakery in Gokulpeth Market area on April 21, 2025. The accident took place around 7:00 PM when a vehicle ahead came to a sudden stop, forcing the rider to apply brakes, causing her to lose balance and fall.
The deceased, identified as Archana Anil Shivhare, resident of Plot No. 3A, Telangkhedi Layout, Ravi Nagar Chowk, was riding pillion with a relative when the incident occurred. She was initially taken to Dande Hospital and later shifted to Suretech Hospital, where she passed away during treatment on April 23, 2025, at 11:59 AM.
A case of accidental death has been registered at Ambazari Police Station based on a report filed by her husband, Akhilesh Bhagwatprasad Shivhare (65). Ambazari Police are conducting further investigation.
