Nagpur: Kamptee Police arrested a 24-year-old man for allegedly harassing an 11-year-old girl on her way to tuition.

According to police sources, the incident occurred on January 20 at around 7:00 AM, when the accused, identified as Gaurav Arun Badail, allegedly behaved inappropriately with the minor, causing her distress. The girl informed her parents, who immediately filed a complaint with the police.

A case was registered against the accused under Section 74 of the BNS and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act. The accused has been arrested, and further investigation is underway.
