Nagpur: In an effort to strengthen the mental health and emotional resilience of the police force, a special guidance session on “Mental Health and Emotional Well-Being” was organized under the initiative of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone 4 Rashmita Rao. The program was held on Friday at Shubharambh Hall, Besa, Nagpur, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from police officers and staff across the zone.
Renowned counselor Shivaji Koche led the session as the keynote guide. He shared valuable insights on managing stress, maintaining emotional balance, and developing a positive mindset to ensure peace of mind while handling the demanding responsibilities of police service. Drawing from his vast professional experience, Koche explained practical and effective techniques that officers can easily apply in their daily work.
Senior Police Inspectors, officers, and personnel from all police stations under Zone 4 attended the program in large numbers. Participants responded positively, emphasizing the importance of conducting such sessions regularly for the well-being of the force.
