Nagpur: Acting on a tip-off, the Social Security Branch (SSB) of the Crime Branch, led by Police Inspector Kavita Isarkar, busted a sex racket operating under the guise of a massage center at Ganga Spa, located on the first floor of Nitin Bichayat Kendra, Somalwada Square, Wardha Road. The operation was conducted between 3:00 PM and 6:15 PM on Saturday, January 4.

The accused, Naveen Bhagwan Singh (37), and his wife, Vandana alias Shruti Singh (28), residents of Amar Nagar, Jagtap Layout, MIDC, Nagpur, were found luring women into prostitution by promising them high earnings. During the raid, the police rescued four women who had been coerced into the illegal activity.

The male accused was apprehended, and materials worth ₹58,090 were confiscated. A case has been registered under Sections 143 and 3(5) of the BNS, along with Sections 4, 5, and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.
