New Delhi: Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke on Thursday announced a nationwide public outreach campaign titled "Kya Bolti Public", saying the initiative aims to engage directly with citizens and understand the issues affecting people across the country.

Launching the campaign, Dipke said its first major focus would be education, arguing that rising school, college, and coaching fees have made quality education increasingly unaffordable for many families.

According to Dipke, annual school fees for young students in some institutions range between ₹1 lakh and ₹2 lakh, excluding donation charges, placing a significant financial burden on middle- and lower-income households.

"Education reform will be our first issue that we are going to take up. We believe education has become unaffordable in the country," Dipke said.

He also expressed concern over increasing college and coaching institute fees, claiming that many families are being forced to take loans to finance higher education.

"College fees and coaching fees are also becoming too high, bringing families into the burden of loans. We want to free families from this. Parents should not feel burdened if they want to provide higher education to their children," he said.

Referring to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Dipke said education should remain accessible to everyone and argued that it has increasingly become a commercial enterprise.

"Education is a fundamental right, according to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, but in the last few years, it has turned into a business," he said.

The "Kya Bolti Public" campaign is expected to involve interactions with citizens across different parts of the country, with CJP stating that it intends to identify public concerns and build its future agenda based on grassroots feedback.

The announcement comes as the party continues to raise issues related to education, employment, and youth concerns through its public campaigns.
