Nagpur: Popular city-based digital platform Nagpur News, Aapka Shahri Khabri, has been selected for the prestigious Devarshi Narad Journalism Award 2025 in the Best News Portal category.

The announcement was made by senior journalist Sudhir Pathak during a press conference held on Friday. The award is instituted by Vishva Samvad Kendra, Nagpur, and is presented annually on the occasion of Devarshi Narad Jayanti to honor excellence in journalism.

This year, a total of 13 awards across 11 categories have been declared. Each award includes a coconut, a commemorative memento, and a cash prize of ₹11,000.

The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 13 at 5:30 PM at Vanamati Auditorium, Nagpur.

In addition to Nagpur News, several senior journalists from leading media organizations and journalism students will also be felicitated for their outstanding contributions to the field.
