Nagpur: Man Jumps from Third Floor of Hotel Leo Star in Hingna, Dies

Nagpur: A 39-year-old man, identified as Tomeshwar Tansheji Mahurle from Khadka village, Hingna, died after allegedly jumping from the third floor of Hotel Leo Star on Hingna Road around 1:00 am on Monday, April 28.
Mahurle had been staying in Room No. 301 of the hotel since April 27. Police reports suggest he removed a barricade near the elevator area on the third floor and jumped down, sustaining fatal injuries. He was rushed to Shalinitai Meghe Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
On the basis of a statement by his brother, Laxman Mahurle (29), MIDC Police registered a case of accidental death. The investigation is underway to determine the cause of the incident.
