Nagpur: In a tragic road accident, an unidentified man aged between 35-40 years was fatally struck by a speeding truck near Dongargaon Gurdwara on Wardha Road between 3:00 am and 3:30 am on Tuesday, April 29. The driver fled the scene after the collision.

The pedestrian, who was wearing a navy-blue T-shirt and light blue jeans, sustained critical injuries and was rushed to AIIMS Hospital by the Hingna Police. However, doctors declared him brought dead.

Following a complaint by Police Constable Vijay Kalskar, a case was registered under BNS Sections 281, 106(1) and Motor Vehicles Act Sections 134, 177, and 184. Police are now on the lookout for the unknown truck driver.
