Nagpur: 60-Year-Old Man Killed in Hit-and-Run in Bajajnagar

Nagpur: A hit-and-run incident in Bajaj Nagar claimed the life of a 60-year-old unidentified man on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
According to police, the victim was struck by an unknown vehicle on Pratap Nagar to Savarkar Nagar Road at around 9:30 AM. On-duty police cop Vishal Mandhale arrived at the scene and rushed the critically injured man to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where doctors declared him dead.
Bajaj Nagar Police have registered a case against the unknown driver under BNS sections 106(1), 281, 125(2), 134, and 177. Authorities are now examining CCTV footage to trace the vehicle and identify the deceased.
