Nagpur: Heavy rainfall and a red alert issued for Mumbai have impacted flight operations at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, Nagpur, with multiple services facing delays and cancellations on Monday.

According to the latest update from Nagpur Airport, IndiGo flight 6E-6058 from Mumbai to Nagpur has been delayed due to Air Traffic Control (ATC) congestion in Mumbai. The flight, originally scheduled to arrive in Nagpur at 9:30 AM IST, is now expected to land at 11:05 AM IST. Its return service, 6E-6145 from Nagpur to Mumbai, is also expected to operate behind schedule.

Another IndiGo service, 6E-2060 from Mumbai to Nagpur, has also been delayed because of ATC congestion in Mumbai. The flight was originally scheduled to arrive at 11:40 AM IST, and the delay is likely to affect its onward journey as 6E-5344 from Nagpur to Mumbai.

Meanwhile, IndiGo flight 6E-6802 from Mumbai to Nagpur and its corresponding return service 6E-5175 from Nagpur to Mumbai have been cancelled due to operational reasons.

Airport authorities have advised passengers travelling between Mumbai and Nagpur to check the latest flight status with their respective airlines before leaving for the airport, as adverse weather conditions in Mumbai may continue to affect flight schedules throughout the day.
