Nagpur: Bajaj Nagar Police have successfully cracked a construction material theft case and arrested seven accused involved in stealing aluminium pipes and other materials from a construction site in the city's Laxmi Nagar area. Police have recovered stolen property and vehicles collectively valued at Rs 3.15 lakh.
According to police, the complainant, Vinod Wamanrao Deshkar (65), a resident of Gopal Smruti Complex near Model Mill Square in Nagpur, reported the theft from a construction site where the second branch of Ashoka Hotel is being developed near the NMC water tank in Laxmi Nagar.
