Two Juveniles Detained for Murdering Man Over Money Dispute in Nagpur

Nagpur: In a shocking incident, Imamwada Police have detained two juveniles in conflict with the law for allegedly murdering a 34-year-old man following a monetary dispute.


According to police, the incident occurred around 10:30 pm on October 15 near Bar Signal, close to Borkar Nagar Nala, under the jurisdiction of Imamwada Police Station. The deceased, identified as Nilesh alias Bala Kiran Ambadare (34), a resident of Indira Nagar, Jat Tarodi, Galli No. 2, Imamwada, was attacked by two 16-year-old boys.


The accused reportedly threw chilli powder into Ambadare’s eyes and stabbed him multiple times in the stomach and body. They also assaulted him with a stone on the face, leaving him critically injured. He was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where doctors declared him brought dead.


Based on a complaint lodged by Minakshi Raju Kohale (37), sister of the deceased, Imamwada Police registered an offence under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS). Acting swiftly, police traced both juveniles and took them into custody.


Further investigation is underway.
