Nagpur: Nandanvan Police have registered a case against unidentified suspects involved in a house burglary that took place between 11 PM on February 1 and 12 PM on February 3, 2025, in Shaktimata Nagar, Nagpur.

The complainant, Ankita Digambar Futeria, aged 32, reported that due to his in-laws’ poor health, his wife had gone to her maternal home while he was away in Raipur for work.

Taking advantage of the unoccupied house, burglars broke the main door’s lock and stole valuables, including two HP gas cylinders, a Dell laptop, a smartwatch, four wristwatches, two speakers, earphones, silver ornaments, and an Activa moped, amounting to an estimated ₹1.46 lakh.

Police have registered a case under Sections 305, 331(3), and 331(4) of the BNS. The investigation is underway to apprehend the suspects.
