Nagpur: Some unidentified thieves broke into Gokul Enterprises godown located at Plot No. 1295/49, Sonba Nagar, Pardi, and stole ₹4,28,000 in cash between the night of October 1, 2024, and the morning of October 2, 2024.

The complainant, Rahul Nandlal Chandak (43), a resident of Garden Enclave Apartment, Ganeshpeth had locked the godown and left for home on the night of October 1. The thieves reportedly bent the tin sheet on the window and broke through the protective PU foam, gaining access to the godown’s upper-floor office. They then forced open an iron locker and fled with the cash.

Following the complaint lodged by Chandak, Pardi Police registered a case under Sections 305(A), 331(3), and 331(4) of the BNS against the unknown accused. 

The investigation is ongoing.
