Nagpur: Police Constable Sheshrao Revatkar from Nagpur City Police has been selected as an International Technical Official (ITO) for the Kho Kho World Cup 2025. The tournament will be held in Delhi from January 13 to January 19.

Revatkar, who serves in the Anti-Narcotics Squad of the Nagpur Crime Branch, is a seasoned Kho Kho player representing Vidarbha and Maharashtra in several national tournaments.

Commissioner of Police Dr. Ravinder Kumar Singal, along with Reserve Police Inspector Vinod Tiwari, officials from the Vidarbha Kho Kho Association, and Crime Branch PI Gajanan Gulhane, congratulated Revatkar for his remarkable achievement. The Nagpur Police Kho Kho team, led by Revatkar, has consistently demonstrated excellence in various tournaments.

The appointment highlights the growing recognition of sports talents within the police force and serves as an inspiration for officers balancing professional duties and personal passions.
