Nagpur: Bajaj Nagar Police have apprehended two individuals for attempting to steal from the donation box of Danteshwari Temple near Plot No. 1, West High Court Road, Dhangarpura, Nagpur.

The incident occurred on March 27 around 3:00 PM when complainant Pankaj Vilasrao Maske (39)noticed two men trying to break into the donation box.

Maske immediately locked the temple’s main gate and informed the police. The Bajaj Nagar Police arrived at the scene and detained the suspects, identified as Manthan Hansraj Phulzhele (22) and Manish Dharam Balgawani (22), both residents of Balaji Nagar, Manewada Road, Nagpur.

Following Maske’s complaint, cops registered an FIR under Section 305(3) and 62 of the BNS and took the accused into custody. Further investigation is underway.
