Nagpur: The National Cadet Corps (NCC) Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Kamptee hosted a grand Passing Out Parade at Chunni Lal Parade Ground on Wednesday, March 19, marking the completion of rigorous training for Cadet Training Officers (CTOs) of the Junior Division.
The parade was reviewed by Major General Vikrant M Dhumne, ADG MP & CG NCC Directorate, where 48 Third Officers, 266 Army CTOs, and 28 Naval CTOs from 17 NCC Directorates marched to the military tunes played by the Army Service Corps Centre, Bangalore.
The training, spanning 45 days, included drill, physical training, yoga, leadership development, community service, and disaster management. The newly commissioned CTOs, primarily school teachers from across India, will now serve as Associate NCC Officers (ANOs), shaping young cadets.
