Nagpur: Six distinguished individuals from Vidarbha have been selected as special invitees to witness the Republic Day Parade at Kartavya Path, New Delhi, on January 26, 2025. They are among 23 special guests from Maharashtra and a total of 10,000 invitees from across the country.
The invitees from Vidarbha include:
• Ms. Ishwari Dattatrya Kolhe and Ms. Dejasvartini S.M. from Nagpur, and Palash Ilamkar from Bhandara, under the PM Yashasvi Scheme category.
• Smt. Rajini Avinash Shirke (National Awardee) from Yavatmal, under the Maharashtra Textile (Handicrafts) category.
• Smt. Varsha Tataji Satpute from Gadchiroli and Smt. Sindhu Ramchandra Rodage from Washim, under the Maharashtra WCD (Handicrafts) category.
